NextPay (Vietnam) is an Hanoi based FinTech, the result of the merger between e-wallet service VIMO and point-of-sale provider mPOS. NextPay hosts 1.5 million e-wallet users and more than 35,000 acceptance points across 45 cities, transacting over $1.5 billion worth of payments a year.

North Ridge Partners acted as financial advisor to NextPay on both the merger of VIMO and mPOS and its US$30m Series B capital raising.
