​North Ridge Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Asia Pacific Digital on its sale by way of an off-market takeover to ASX-listed growth services business Trimantium GrowthOps Limited (ASX:TGO - www.growthops.com.au)

​The transaction valued Asia Pacific Digital at an enterprise value of A$35 million.
