HOW IT WORKS
The Diagnostic will provide you with a score out of 100.
Anything over 85 indicates a high level of preparedness to launch a transaction.
If you score less than 85, you’ve got some work to do (however, your transaction-readiness can be improved significantly by going through our two day Deal Accelerator).
The best way to use the Diagnostic is to score your company’s Transaction-Readiness at regular intervals and watch it improve as you sprint towards your transaction.
We suggest you keep a record of your scores and show them to investors and trade buyers to build their confidence.
