Diagnostic Tool

Our Transaction-Ready Diagnostic scores your company’s preparedness to launch and close a successful deal. Developed based on our experience from hundreds of M&A and capital raising transactions, it has been extensively stress-tested.

The test is free, it takes around 15 minutes to complete, and it instantly scores your transaction-readiness out of 100. Your identity, your answers and your score will be confidential and anonymous.

Deal Accelerator

The expert teams in our Sydney and Singapore Accelerators run tailored two-day workshops using a series of “sprints” to prepare and optimise technology companies for their fund raisings and exits.
